Understanding the importance of safety procedures and knowing what actions one needs to take are critical to ensure smooth and safe functioning. By using AR, VR and MR to develop safety modules we can create multiple situational based scenarios which cannot be created in physical world and use it to train people on identifying and executing various safety protocols

A research was conducted to understand the impact of VR in safety training in a mining plant in South Africa. It was seen that 94% of the workers chose VR over conventional means, 77% people voted ‘Excellent’ for perceived level of realism and 43% reduction was noticed in the lost time for injury.
